CHECK IN & Drop Off

Important: If you have more than 300 items, please book two check-in appointments or contact us to arrange a special drop-off time.

 

Check-In Process

  1. Drop-off location: St. Joseph Hall at Our Lady of the Lake. Pull under the covered driveway to unload and grab a rack.

  2. Arrive at your scheduled time and complete required paperwork at check-in.

  3. Set up your items:

    • Hang tagged clothing on racks by size and gender.

    • Hangers must face left; tags pinned on the right.

    • Binned items and large items should remain in the lobby until a worker brings them back.

    • We will test-scan one or two tags to confirm barcodes work. We will confirm all tags match your seller number. If not, you will reprint tags. 

  4. Your items will be inspected while you wait in the lobby.

  5. After inspection, any unaccepted items will be returned, and you may leave.

Wait time: Approximately 5–15 minutes, depending on check-in volume. We appreciate your patience as we work efficiently.

 

Electronics & Toys

  • Must include working batteries for testing.

  • Do not seal boxes or packaging until testing is complete.

  • Bring extra batteries, just in case.

Timing & Courtesy

  • Please arrive only at your scheduled time. Early arrivals will need to wait.

  • For end-of-day appointments, doors will lock 10 minutes after your time slot, and no additional items will be accepted.

  • If a conflict arises on your appointment day, please contact us as soon as possible.
